Kangaroo Safari at The Vines Resort — Attraction in The Vines

Had a great afternoon at the Vines resort doing the Kangaroo Safari with our daughter and grandchildren today in the lovely spring weather. It was a father's day gift. Our tour guide was Ross and he knew alot about the Golf club and the kangaroos so we all learned alot. There were more kangaroos than we'd ever seen showing off, and so many with Joeys. Then we had a n 18 hole game of mini golf through the stream filled with fish followed a drink at the resort included which was a really fun and finished with a lovely meal. We booked a package with mini-golf and had a great experience overall. The weather limited kangaroo sightings, but the guide shared interesting kangaroo facts, which my husband enjoyed. He wasn’t a professional guide he said but was helpful. We captured some great photos and enjoyed the mini-golf till late evening —overall, a very good time! However, a note on the café/bar upstairs: the manager was quite rude when I requested a juice. Despite explaining I’m pregnant and don’t drink alcohol or soda, she refused, saying she is manager and knows better. It felt unnecessary and unkind, especially since juice is way cheaper than a glass of wine or alcohol they were happy to serve! super...

Me and my friend had a great time! We didn't know what to expect and if we would see many kangaroos, but I believe everything went beyond our expectations.

First of all, it was so fun driving the golf cart and as soon as we entered the golf course there were so many kangaroos! Our guide Keith did an amazing job! He always stopped with us and provided us with so many interesting facts about kangaroos, joeys, the mob and so much more:) We had the best time during the tour and after playing minigolf and enjoying a drink at the hotel...
