I dun really enjoy writing low rating review. But, I will write when I feel that it is a must.

The most terrible experience ever! U have to imagine how worse it is because I m now staying in the hotel and must write this review before I check out!

The Sebel is 7 min drive from Novotel. You will have to drive to Novotel to use the facilities. Restaurants are in Novotel as well.

The service is worse than ibis! But the price is more expensive than Novotel! The reception is not welcoming you. The hotel room is dated. Basin is blocked. Empty bottle of shower gel provided and even we told them to refill. We received nothing again. I asked the reception if we could have complimentary breakfast as platinum member but was told to use my Accor plus discount. They dun want to give us welcome drinks. The restaurant doesn’t want you to use Accor plus discount. They only offer 50% discount for main dishes. I dunno why they are different from the Accor plus rules.

Accor members shouldn’t come here!! You dun feel welcomed! No welcome for Accor platinum member!! They will tell you that they are only taking care of the property for Accor vacation club and therefore, you are not entitled to anything under Accor. I did make a booking with the Sebel Mandurah in this trip. I emailed them to check and they replied me immediately that I can have free breakfast as a platinum member. I have no idea why I m being treated differently. I m Accor’s platinum member for so many years. I have been to different Sebel hotels across the Australia. This hotel really changed my view towards the Sebel hotels!!

Swan Valley is a nice place. But, it is not a must to make a reservation with this hotel. I won’t be back even you give me for free! Think twice before you...

We were fortunate to stay in one of the newly renovated suites, and I can tell you it was amazing. The functionality of the suite with two lovely bedrooms (2 king singles in one) and a king-size bed in the other that had an ensuite bathroom. A separate bathroom was also well appointed.

A decent sized kitchenette with all amenities, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge, and beautiful kitchenware & utensils!

The lounge and dining room were exquisite. A beautiful modern sofa with a pull-out bed (I want one!), a large television embedded in the wall with a wonderful fireplace in front that (only tested in hot season) threw out beautiful warmth. The decor is on point. We felt well taken care of!!

It also had its own outdoor seating, which opened up to wonderful Australian wildlife, kangaroos, and an abundance of native birds.

My ONLY bad point came from finding out that the Cafe/restaurant only opens at 11am and we were only able to breakfast at the small kiosk that had take out options which was a letdown but I presume many people stay with the view to cook for themselves but I wanted a break from cooking lol.

Overall, however, I was impressed and appreciative and will return for another of...

Stayed from 5 June 2024 to 7 June 2024. Booked 2 bedroom apartment for 5 adults. We checked in around 8 pm at Novotel. Upon entering the room, we realized that the sofa bed was not set up for the 5th adult. There was no information at the apartment on how to reach the reception and when we finally found the number on the website, the line was picked up by Novotel reception. The receptionist told us that they couldn't help us cos our apartment was under Sebel and I needed to email them instead. I asked if my email would be answered by tonight because my father had nowhere to sleep and he said that he couldn't help me with that. I sent two desperate emails to resortservices@accorvacationclub.com.au, seeking assistance on this matter and there was no acknowledgment. I sent feedback on the Accor website and yet no one has gotten back to us to now.||THREE EMAILS WERE SENT AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO US. I slept on the lumpy sofa on the first night and woke up with a bad back.||The resort is amazing with great views but the service is deplorable. ||P.S - Accor, I am still waiting for...

I recently stayed at the Sebel Swan Valley the Vines, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The presence of millions of cockroaches was incredibly off-putting, making me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I noticed black mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom, which is not only unsightly but also a health concern. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It felt dirty and dusty, with the lounges and floors showing clear signs of neglect—there were bleach marks all over the floor, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. Even the kitchen equipment was in poor condition; I had to wash everything before I could use it, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. It needs a deep clean, new carpet and more care taken in its upkeep. Additionally, the customer service from the reception staff was lacking. They seemed indifferent to receiving feedback. Overall, I would not recommend the Sebel Swan Valley the Vines, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
