This was a very nice spot to take the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Lots of people and kids using the area, need to keep an eye out when playing there. Great spot and very close to the beach nice place to cool down after you've been to the park or for a bike ride. My child loves this place and has so much fun here. Also plenty of toilets / facilities close to the park. If you like my review please tick the blue hand and help me improve my google local guide experience.

If you compare this beach with its counterparts within the same vicinity, it still needs some good improvements. From general facilities of showers to the dedicated areas of BBQ, this needs some good work. It also has some limited parking so not a wise idea to reach late. The other side (not the one adjacent to the parking) of the beach is quite clean and managed well so I would recommend you to stay there.

Really nice beach with lots of seats and space for picnics. There is a pretty big playground with lots of play equipment for ages up to 14. The beach has a rock pool as well as a normal pool but both pools have seawater. Beach is approximately 4.5 km long. Good beach for surfing and bodyboarding, for swimming you have to be experienced because the waves are pretty large and usually lots of rips.

Absolutely spectacular Park! Spectacular views, wonderful facilities, reasonably clean toilets, lovely covered picnic area and awesome children's playground, beautiful grassy playing areas, lovely walking track along the coast - you couldn't ask for more! We just need people to appreciate this park more by leaving it tidy by not leaving rubbish laying around and clean the barbecues and tables and floor after you! This is Australia! Australia is a beautiful part of the world and you don't want the rubbish to end...

AWESOME beach and park! Ideal for individuals, families and also congregational outings!

PROS - plenty of parking spaces; playground for the kids to enjoy; public toilets and showers; BBQ facilities; a few under-cover areas; LARGE park for sports and recreational activities; has two rock pools for children and adults to enjoy.

CONS - not many under-cover areas or trees so bringing your own source of shade is recommended; there is no privacy in the showers; rock pools are not as clean as...
