Playworld Wien (MJC GmbH) — Attraction in Gemeinde Vösendorf

This is a quite unique co-working space I accidentally stumbled upon. This facility can be easily a great fit for your team as well.

What I liked during my visit:

The facility itself is clean, well-decorated and offers a welcoming work atmosphere with professional staff and ample desk space. There’s plenty of food available onsite to stay energized throughout the day. Also there are numerous snack machines. The prices here are highly competitive; admission is €4 per day during the week and €5 at weekends. This, rightfully, suggests that visitors should spend quality time with their families at home rather than at work. There is a generously proportioned dressing room equipped with individual lockers. Additional amenities include multiple event spaces available to rent, clean toilets, fast and secure WiFi with a public static IP. There are plenty of parking options outside (including free parking on weekends). The staff are always helpful and accommodating in answering any questions. It is worth noting that there is an unusually wide variety of games all over the place you can play with your colleagues during breaks.

And there are some minor downsides:

– There's no option for a fixed desk or 24/7 access to the co-working space or any of its amenities. – There is no monthly package; the best you can have is a pass for six admissions. – Virtually no natural light. – Some would find the location a bit remote. – The space is quite popular and can feel a little cramped on busier days. – It is unfortunate that some individuals feel compelled to bring their children..

Great place for kids to run around and play for hours! The play area is spacious and filled with fun activities that keep children entertained for a long time. However, if you're booking a room for a party, be mindful of the strict schedule. We found out the hard way that there is little flexibility with timing. Even though we were just a few minutes late getting the kids out of the room, the staff began cleaning up the room as soon as our time was up—even while the children were still finishing their birthday cake. I understand they have a busy schedule and need to keep things moving, but a few minutes of patience and understanding for situations like this would have gone a long way. Zuerst einmal: 2 Sterne gibt es, weil das „Sportangebot“ für die Kinder wirklich toll ist. Sie genießen die vielen Rutschen und Klettermöglichkeiten wirklich sehr. Nun aber zu den Kritikpunkten, die uns heute wirklich überlegen ließen, mit unseren Kindern weiterhin regelmäßig die Playworld zu besuchen … Alles begann mit „keiner“ Begrüßung. Selten ein so unfreundliches Personal an der Kasse erlebt! Unsere Kinder grüßen freundlich und nennen sogar ihre Namen und ihr Alter. Sie sind 3 Buben mit jeweils 4 Jahren und 2jähriger. Ja, man glaubt es kaum, aber auch in diesem Alter wissen sie bereits, was Manieren sind. Reaktion seitens Playworld: gar keine. Die Kinder grüßen also ein zweites Mal, Reaktion: „Was will er?“ Na vielen Dank auch. Wie soll man Kindern erklären, dass man zwar gerade über €50 an Eintrittsgeld für alle ausgibt, gleichzeitig aber nicht einmal begrüßt wird? Beim Sport war wirklich alles in Ordnung. Dann aber Jausenzeit. Leider gibt es mit Schnitzel, Pommes und Nuggets überhaupt kein Angebot, das 2 jährige Kinder nutzen können. Wenn man allerdings eine eigene Obstjause oder Weckerl essen möchte, dann wird man sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass hier gar nichts Mitgebrachtes gegessen werden darf. Wir haben 2 mal Café für die Erwachsenen konsumiert, sogar Wasser und Apfelsaft gekauft. Für die größeren Kinder als Highlight auch eine Zuckerwatte. Und natürlich den teuren Eintritt bezahlt. Tut mir leid, aber da hört bei mir jedes Verständnis für Umsatz machen in einer Gastronomie auf. Wenn es kein Angebot für Kinder gibt, sondern hauptsächlich Eis, Süßigkeiten und viel zu große und extrem überteuerte Portionen an convenience Produkten, dann darf man sich auch nicht wundern, dass an nahezu allen Tischen Eltern wie Großeltern eine Jause für die kleinen Kinder mitbringen. Auch angesichts der Tatsache, dass der Eintritt nicht gerade günstig ist und man für Autodrom, Motorräder, Basketball etc. auch noch extra mit Token bezahlen soll. Eigentlich sind wir regelmäßig ein Mal im Monat mit allen Kindern in der Playworld, das werden wir in Zukunft aber überdenken. Ein bisschen Kundenbindung und ein Minimum an freundlicher Behandlung wäre wünschenswert. Die Personalauswahl ein bisschen sensibler zu treffen, wenn man mit vielen Kleinkindern als auch künftig zahlende Kunden rechnen möchte wäre ebenso eine...
