Absolute superb the coffee here! Wow! Cannot get better than this .The best coffee in Austria ! Service also nice.The young blonde lady Sarah is an extra added to this company.Very kind and proffesional.Rest of staff also ok but they could use a bit more smilling .It must be a delight to work here and get the chance to drink this coffee every day .Thank you .We will be back for your coffee ( not just for shopping ).

Also das war eine richtig große Enttäuschung. Wir haben einen Chai Latte und einen Cold Brew Tonic bestellt. Beim Chai Latte wurde uns gleich am Anfang mitgeteilt, dass er aus ist, beim Cold Brew Tonic erst, nachdem unser Kellner zum Barista gegangen ist. Egal, wir haben zwei neue Getränke bestellt. Die waren, Gott sei Dank, nicht ausverkauft. Zum Essen haben wir einen New York Style Wrap und ein Smashed Avocado Brot mit zwei „Benny Eggs“ bestellt. Smashed Avocado Brot: Wir mussten kurz nachfragen, was „Benny Eggs“ sind, da zwar auf der Karte ein Gericht ähnlich wie Eggs Benedict zu sehen ist, wir aber sicher gehen wollten ob die Poached eggs sind. Daraufhin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass „Benny Eggs“ “diese Eier mit MAYONNAISE sind.” Nicht Sauce Hollandaise, sondern Mayonnaise. Unsere pochierten Eier waren innen kalt, also sicher nicht frisch gemacht, und die „Mayonnaise“ die eigentlich eh Sauce Hollandaise war sicher von der Marke Thomy vom Billa gegenüber gekauft. Geschmacklos, kalt und einfach ekelhaft. New York Style Wrap: Abgesehen davon, dass ich in New York bereits mehrere Pastrami Sandwiches gegessen habe – dieser Wrap hat nichts mit New York oder Pastrami zu tun. Diese 1,5 Scheiben hautdünn Pastrami waren so wenig, dass selbst meine vegane Freundin den Wrap essen würde. Klein und geschmacklos. Die Speisekarte könnte darauf hinweisen, dass die Wraps Spuren von Pastrami enthalten.

Very bad service especially from one guy, he wasn’t even talk to us and he was looking us and he didn’t came. We was waiting for 15 mins to make order and then another 10 to get served (the place was with another 6 customers) honestly the worst service and not nice smiling persons there! My caramel wasn’t caramel it was just Ice latte!

Very good coffee and breakfast. Easy to come by spontaneously, since there are a lot of available seats. Good service and a fair amount of different dishes - breakfast, snacks and desserts. Also vegan and vegetarian options. Make sure to get the „Rauwolf Brot“ - it’s their special bread and highly recommended!!

Great place to enjoy the single origin coffee with the manual filter brew method. I am happy to find this excellent coffee roaster and shop in the middle of Westfield Süd shopping center. Really nice environment to enjoy the vibe of a coffee shop. Good place to hang out with family and friends. A lot of space.
