Turracher Höhe Pass — Attraction in Reichenau

It is a scenic mountain spot with beautiful nature. Skiing is not for the advanced but rather for beginners and families. The beauty of the mountains is unfortunately not matched with friendliness of staff and quality of the gastronomy. Except for one Hotel, which is of a high standard, the rest is rather mediocre if not poor. Bad value for money compared to other places that offer even better skiing....

My favorite ski resort in Austria with an amazing versatility. Total length is by far not the highest, but it is compensated by a very well managed ski area, and the sheer fun of the "Pisten". Not to mention: excellent snow conditions guarateed by the high altitude from December to April. One thing to improve: "Seetaxi" did not operate this year. Hope it could be fixed by next year. Zweifellos das beste Skigebiet der Region

Die Turracher Höhe ist wirklich noch so etwas wie ein Geheimtipp. Es handelt sich um ein kleineres, familiäres Skigebiet, welches trotzdem keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Für Ski- uns Snowboard-Fahrer ist es optimal und bietet vielseitige und top präparierte Pisten. Auf den schneesicheren und breiten Hängen kann man sich dank der relativ wenigen Leute wirklich austoben. Die Liftanlagen sind modern und tragen zum positiven Gesamteindruck bei.

Die Auswahl an Skihütten ist groß, alle sind im großen und ganzen gemütlich, keine ist extrem überlaufen. Hier wird der Urlaub wirklich nicht langweilig

In top gibt's dann noch den kostenlosen Butler-Service. Eine nette Dame fährt mit einem Schneemobil den gesamten Tag durch das Skigebiet und stoppt hier und da um die Gäste mit Sekt, Äpfeln, Süßigkeiten oder Taschentüchern zu versorgen - Meiner Meinung nach eine sehr nette Geste die zeigt, dass man als Gast hier noch wertgeschätzt wird.
