Krapfenwaldlbad – Best Views, Chill Vibes, but Bring Snacks. Super busy on weekends.

Krapfenwaldlbad is hands down one of the most beautiful pools in Vienna. The views from the swimming pools over the city are incredible, and there are plenty of grassy spots to relax, tan, or just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

However, be aware that the restaurant prices have become pretty ridiculous in recent years—definitely not budget-friendly. I’d recommend bringing a cooler bag with your own food and drinks if you're planning to stay for a while.

Probably the most beautiful public outdoor swimming pool. The view from Vienna is awesome (attached a foto with some bad weather moving across Vienna)!

It's rather crowded, so I'd recommend to get there and have a place reserved in the morning. There are two pools, one for the little ones (not babies though) and a sports pool. I want to point out that the food is surprisingly good!

As all swimming pools operated by the municipality, the prices are very reasonable (EUR 4.30 to 5.40 for adults, depending on the...
