If you can book a cabana and afford the price tag, it's worth it! We stayed in cabana number 1 (we originally were booked for 19, but it was still being repaired from this years hurricanes). This cabana was very close to the BBQ and restrooms, so that was a plus. However, it was right next to the general population beach so we had a few folks wonder over before being told to go back to their beach.
The cabana itself was clean and maintained. A little rust on the ceiling, but I only noticed that from laying down inside to get out of the sun. You have a ceiling fan and relaxing music to enjoy whilst inside. There is also a stocked refrigerator, full of water, soft drinks and fruit. Finally, the refrigerator had some cool damp towels, which really helps for curing those heat headaches or for just cooling down.
There is outdoor seating under a net, which is great for getting some sun and some Z's. The railing of the cabana blocked the view from here, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
If you're feeling brave, the cabana includes a hammock. Getting into the hammock seems fine, but wait until you try and get out. Good thing it's a private area, as it might take you a few tries to get out without falling down.
The cabana included some beach toys for the kids as well. They appreciated this. It also includes an intertube and some floating mats. Don't leave them on the beach, or they might get taken by other guests.
Overall this a great choice if you plan on spending the day on the island. It's worth the price, but if you're not concierge you most likely won't get this as they...

The family cabana is double the standard size and comes fully stocked with water, soda, snacks and fresh fruit. There is also a bunch of water equipment available as well. We had 8 people staying at the cabana and all of us loved it, including the kids who stayed in the ocean all day! Btw the end of the beach/Bay has big sandbar which creates a very large pool of water that gets no waves! One word of warning; you absolutely must use anti-jelly fish and sea lice products before you get in the water or you will regret...
