Great water slides! One is an open tube and the other is a closed tube. There’s a little bit of a drop into the water off the slide which is about 5-6 feet deep. There is a lifeguard on duty monitoring the top of the slide and the landing. As a strong swimmer myself (and an adult) not going to lie the cold shock of the water caught me off guard the first time. Not sure how a little one would handle it. The walk to the platform does gradually get deeper to get them acclimated to the water temperature and the depth. The depths at the ladder is somewhat more shallow than that at the foot of the slide.
