It is always joyful visiting a garden in a city. The connect, smitten by nature, the lasting greenery even though it is diminishing with the generation with. On the weekends, this place is super crowded, yet we totally forgot in the presence of rains on the we visited. It was fabulous. I was glad and cheered to see this place was well maintained and had sufficient things to see, drinking water availability. Although, it gets mad crowded, causing traffic outside by the entrance. The hawkers and food vendors set up their stalls, causing nuisance and misbehaving if you are not the customer to them. Utterly, shame and disappointment to see such people disrespect you. Yet, overlook that, and you'd still be able to enjoy the bliss of nature, flowers, and greener surroundings along with the fresh breath of air. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable visit. Thank you 😊

Awesome place for children 😃😁 The garden built on the phase of Japanese theme and basically Okayama based oldest Koraku garden. Its built in two phases namely Phase 1 for "Pune-Okayama friendship garden" is built in 10 acres of land and Phase 2 dedicated for "Mughal garden" or " Bajirao garden" based on the theme of famous Rashtrapati bhavan garden in New Delhi. The lawn were so lush green and well maintained that it makes my mind to walk on that but thanks to the regulations that doesn't allowed to walk on it. Many bushes and shrubs pruned into final oval shapes. The small arched bridges in central garden charmed me to felled in the memories of recently done Venice tour. There were enough wooden benches to sit and in case in the rainy season, the apparently Japanese hat (Conical shaped) huts spaces added a part into elegance.

It was a good garden once upon a time. But now it is not at all maintained. I agree that there is a renovation going on but why other things are not maintained? There is no cleanliness. Electric pools are dangerously open and small kids might put their fingers inside it which is dangerous and life-threatening. Water bodies are becoming more like breeding grounds of mosquitoes. Waterfountains are not working. There is a lot of leaves on ground. Even the plants which were already there seems to be not taken care of. Still this place is charged. I wonder why. I believe in government and they will surely take this feedback positively. And will do whatever is necessary. Please take care of this beautiful place and bring it pack back it's previous glory.
