Easily the worst KFC dine-in experience I've had so far.

To start with, the staff here are anything but professional. It’s quite evident that they lack both experience and basic customer service skills. One would expect a clean and well-maintained dining area, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. The most unsettling part? The same staff preparing your meal are also the ones clearing leftover food from tables and wiping them down—because who doesn’t love a side of cross-contamination with their meal?

The service is a whole different disaster. Instead of serving our order together, we were asked to collect it in three separate intervals. Their response? “Please have this meal until your next meal gets ready.” So apparently, they expect one person to eat while the other just sits and watches? After making us wait for 25 minutes, they finally handed over a Chicken Zinger so cold it could have been straight out of a refrigerator.

And when we tried to speak to the manager? They had the audacity to brush us off, claiming they “can’t entertain” us. Sure, they took a written complaint—but let’s be honest, it’s probably already in the trash.

Before coming here, I noticed several one-star Google reviews from four months ago. Foolishly, I assumed they might have improved since then. Big mistake. Instead, I ended up wasting ₹2100 on an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

If you're considering visiting this outlet, don’t. Save yourself the disappointment and head to the Pune Central or R Deccan locations instead—where, unlike this place, the staff actually seem to understand customer service, basic courtesy,...

I recently visited the KFC outlet on Sinhgad Road for takeaway order, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food chain.

The service was extremely slow, and despite having a relatively small crowd, the staff took forever to take orders and serve the food. To make matters worse, the employees seemed uninterested and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and customer service skills.

I ordered at around 1pm and received the order at 1:45pm. I had ordered from the app, and should've received the order promptly, but still had to wait for more than 20 minutes. They were disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency in handling customers. When asked for the reason of delay, they took it in a negative way and arrogantly provided the drink as it was, by piercing the straw in it, and not properly packing it, even though I had clearly mentioned that it is a takeaway order. They didn't even provide me the mojito which I had ordered, just because it was not available at the moment. What is the use of adding the option of mojito, if it's not available at many of the outlets in the first place. We had to adjust with what was available at the outlet, as usual.

I would definitely not recommend this outlet to anyone. This was my first and last visit here. KFC seriously needs to improve the management and staff training at this location.
