I was warmly greeted by reception staff upon arrival and was told about available amenities and quickly checked in and provided a room. The room was in excellent condition and very clean as was the entire hotel and facilities. I ordered room service and my food was delivered hot, fresh and timely, and was very well prepared and delicious. The hotel staff was attentive to my needs and provided tourist information and information on the hotel's spa amenities etc. I used the pool, spa, and sauna and was pleased to find all in excellent condition, in good working order, and very clean. I also spent time at the bar and also ordered dinner from the bar and was treated wonderfully by the bartender who was very professional, cordial, courteous, and made me feel at home as I was traveling alone and at the same time treated me as a valued guest. I had a wonderful stay and will stay again as the hotel staff made my stay very comfortable and every staff member I encountered was very nice, attentive, and made me feel welcome, valued and cared for! Bravo great work, and please keep up the standards! The staff at this hotel deserves to be commended on a job well done and I hope they are appreciated as much by management as they are by the guests! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Minsk!
