This a beautiful and very historical church built over 200 years ago, it's one over the only churches outside on England that saw the coronation of a monarch!.. this church was built from bricks from England that were used as the ballast for ships used by mahogany traders and when the ships were loaded the bricks were left behind. The church was built over the years from those bricks! It is one of the only old buildings built from bricks (all the other original colonial homes were made from the mahogany that grows everywhere in the area at that time and are still standing strong).

This is a historical landmark that is over 200 years old. It is the first Church built in Belize I believe (although it is a cathedral), and I enjoy it as a place of worship as an Anglican. The times for mass are posted in front of the structure itself, and a picture of this tablet with times is on their Facebook page.

Great, historic church with a very friendly staff (thanks, Mrs. J!) and restrooms around the back. Go on, sit down, and be in the presence for a while.

This Cathedral is oldest of its kind in Central America and definitely a go-to spot in Belize City. While it is not quite a museum as it is still a fully functional church, you can walk around the yard and enjoy the historic aspects that have been preserved. This is normally accompanied by a visit to the House of Culture which is...

I was really impressed with one of the oldest organ I have come across that appears to be air operated by foot. The height of the sealing made the voice of the singer sound extremely beautiful. The stand glass window was another thing that caught my eyes. The windows had some oil colonial symbols from the...
