It’s a bridge. Rusty and old but necessary to enter the downtown area. Water underneath doesn’t look healthy. Lots of boat traffic and near bus stop and city hall. Not much else to see here. I'm not sure why it's classified as a landmark?? It's literally a bridge and it has heavy traffic of people and cars. I guess it's because there are not so many other attractions in the city. It's old and rusty, but still does its job. Add a photo to understand what to expect. Many cool places...
