Bought 3 tickets to the museum and brought 2 babies with is. After buying some beverages at the cafe (where the music was already blasting) and spending some fun time (a couple of hours) at the museum itself, returned to the cafe at the entrance for the nap for the babies as it was ABSOLUTELY empty (this is 4 pm on a Thursday). The music on the speaker in the picture was blasting throughout the day so we asked to lower the volume on the speaker while the babies are asleep and since there is literally no one. The staff informed us twice that they are waiting for the birthday. When we asked to lower it while they are waiting, they refused saying they are waiting for a birthday. Apparently it has to be blasting throughout the day while they are waiting. We didn’t ask to turn the music off completely, we spent money at this place and there was absolutely no other customers around throughout the babies nap. Had to shush the baby in the corner. The museum itself is fun tho.

Muzeiko in Sofia is an absolute delight for both children and adults alike. This interactive science museum offers a one-of-a-kind educational experience that engages visitors of all ages in the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). From the moment you step inside Muzeiko, you're greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The museum's colorful and modern architecture sets the stage for a journey of discovery, where curiosity knows no bounds. Muzeiko also prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity. The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, and exhibits are designed to accommodate visitors of all abilities. Overall, visiting Muzeiko in Sofia is a truly enriching experience that combines fun, learning, and exploration in equal measure. Whether you're a family looking for a weekend adventure, a teacher seeking to supplement classroom learning, or simply a curious individual with a thirst for knowledge, Muzeiko has something to offer.

My fourth time here. Great place to go with kids. There is also an play area for under 4 years. Most of it is in English& Bulgarian. Needs at least 2 hours to see everything or more. There are are currently no more slots for desinfection and you can stay as long as you want. There are three floors: past, present& future. The past displays topics like earthquake, vulcanos, dinosaur, How to excavate. In the presents about electricity, trees, bats, constuction area with Duplo& Kappla... Future is about communcation, space and inventions. The special laboratory is for kids +6years, but you might also try out if you are younger. There is a restaurant with daily menue 9leva and daily soup 4 Leva. There is also a nursing room, multiple changing table & kids toilet. Easly reached by metro!

Such a marvelous experience while travel-nannying!

Muzeiko had so many fun activities and educational opportunities every few steps. The exhibits and activities catered to a vast age range, providing fun learning experiences to diverse families.

We went on a quiet day during the week, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we interacted with 6 different staff members, and I haven't a complaint at all! They seem to enjoy their work there and are eager to help make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. A map is provided to help you navigate the exhibits, and we spent hours and hours enjoying our time (we were able to extend our time slot to stay much longer).

Lockers are provided to store coats, bags, and precious items, so you don't need to carry them around all day.

The café on site had plenty of options for snacks, drinks, and sugary treats.

I would highly recommend taking your littles to experience all that Muzeiko...
