5* beauty 5* impression 3* #accessibility It’s without any over reaction one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor Archeological Park due to its nature & architecture combination.., taking into account that it used to be a « city in the city » for more than 12 000 people.., decorated by gold, diamonds & over 40,000 pearls.., really difficult to imagine its beauty and power and you really feel it once you are here! #accessibility is not at its high level around the temple, but still you are able to see most of its sides at least from some distance.

Presenting Cambodia’s most famous temple-Ta Prohm . It became more popular once it is featured in the famous movie 'Tomb Raider'. This place is also famous for some giant trees; root looks like octopus. Part of it was completely demolished which is now reorganized with help of both India-Cambodia fund. You will find a group of musians playing local music to get some charity from you. As far as i recall, they were physically challanged ppl. You will get a good number of restaurants and souvenir shops outside the temple arena.

An interesting monastic temple complex being a highlight of the so called "Little Circuit" (a route of the nearer sites in Angkor Wat as provided by the Tuk Tuk drivers). Lots of carvings in stones and temple ruins being swallowed by the wild. If you are a passionate historian, archeologist or just love atmospheric places for pictures, don't miss this place. Among the other sites in the little circuit, don't miss the Banteay Kdei or the royal pond of Sras Srang.

Really enjoyed visiting this temple. Gives you the best of both worlds. The beautiful woods and temples. There are soo many nooks and crannies, each section more beautiful then the previous. You truly cannot run out of things to see here. Wish we had a little more time to visit it a second time. Also for the Tomb Raider lovers, seeing the key pieces can feel a little surreal. Make sure you put on your explorative hat and really go looking around.

A very popular temple to visit Amazing huge trees with massive roots growing all over the temple and surroundings The security at the entry point are really welcoming and very helpful and friendly Food n refreshments are all there along with a nice toilet block .. the tourist numbers are on the rising now but still nothing as hectic as it was pre Covid So a great time to visit

My favorite temple in Cambodia, There was a band of locals playing melodious music in the woody areas near the temple. The beautiful temple with many gorgeous trees, overgrown with dramatic trees and roots and gorgeous carvings. It's incredible experience to walk through the ruins and marvel at the ancient trees that have taken the area. It's fantastic!

Ta Prohm Kel or Prohm Kel is a small ruined sandstone monument in Angkor archaeological park, Siem Reap province, Cambodia. Ta Prohm Kel was one of the 102 hospital chapels, some of which were already in existence, by King Jayavarman VII all over the empire.
