We bought a 9am ticket and a 2:30pm return ticket for $150. We had a very nice driver to take us to the lake from the ski resort. We arrived to our return bus in time to get to the end of the line. The driver said “sorry this bus is full. You’ll have to wait for the 3:30 bus.” We went to give him proof that we bought a $150 dollar ticket for the 2:30pm return bus and the driver began yelling at my husband that he was just going to have to deal with not having a seat. He said we were there too late and he gave our seats away. We were not late, we were just last in line. Finally two passengers were willing to squish together so we could get on the bus with our seven year old who had just walked 6 miles. Our kid had to sit on my husbands lap. There was another family of five who also got a 2:30 return ticket who had to stay back because the driver gave their seats away too. To top it off, the obnoxious jerks he gave our seats away to started heckling us and making rude comments to us as we got on the bus with our seven year old little boy. One of them tried to pick a verbal fight with my husband. We had such a beautiful day at Lake Louise and it was most unfortunate for it to have ended this way. For $150 your seat should be secured. It was an...

Totally a Rip off, spoiled the day for us, and particularly because of this young Chinese guy at the counter. The 10.05 am bus was empty, driver was waiting and he still didn't book (online site didn't work for us) tickets for us that ' it will take time to process tickets' but he had time to come out and run to driver to ask her to take the bus away, 😡 he booked for 1.5- 2 hours late bus, and we had to spend that time by paying extra parking and see lake Louise in a rush. We had to postpone our much awaited lunch at Fairmont hotel because of this. 😢 Best of all, the driver to and from the Moraine lake were great, friendly and realised that this guy hadn't even made return booking in our names even though we had paid for it and he had written 12.55 on our tickets, names were wrong too. Beautiful lakes and great lunch at Fairmont but all was rushed as we had Gondola in the evening.

1 incompetent staff, non friendly and it spoiled a day of our 2 days BANFF stay. Great country and holidays so far but never again for this trap of the shuttle company charging $200 (for 3 of us, incl tax) for a...

Smooth, affordable, and well-organized - highly recommended!

We booked the official Parks Canada Lake Louise shuttle about three months in advance and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. For just $19.50 (including GST) for 2 adults and 2 children, it was excellent value.

The only condition was choosing a one-hour time slot for our first departure from the Park & Ride and deciding in advance whether to go to Moraine Lake or Lake Louise first. We opted for Moraine Lake, and everything ran very smoothly - boarding was quick, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no issues at all.

Out of curiosity, I checked pricing from another company (Moraine Lake Bus Company) and was honestly shocked - they wanted to charge us over $500 for a similar trip. Maybe I missed something, but even if there were some extras, the official park shuttle was by far the better deal for us.

If you’re visiting the area, I can absolutely recommend the official Parks Canada shuttle. It’s reliable, efficient, and budget-friendly - everything you need to enjoy the lakes...

An easy way to get around the busy Louise & Morraine lakes. Simply park up, show your reservation to one of the signed booths and you’re on your way. We never waited for more than 10 mins for a shuttle, and you basically do a loop from the car park to one of the lakes, then there is a connector bus that shuttles between the other lake. You can head back to the car park from either lake. My only disappointment was the busses were quite old and rather battered. It would also be nice to see them investing and using electric busses in the future, as it will help to improve the environment around the lakes.

Park and ride to go to moraine lake and lake louise lake from here at the lake louise gondola site. Best to book your shuttle 2 days in advance as it fills up quickly. Purchase your ticket to go to one lake and take a free connector shuttle to the other lake. Return shuttle is included in the price. Kiosks to get your online barcode scanned to get your bus tickets are outside. Its amazing the number of vehicles and rvs parked here compared to what it was a few years ago, i guess this is the best way to go visit the lakes now. It was busy and we had a great time.

Big carpark, where you have to go, to pick one of the shuttles to lake louise or lake moraine. Separate sections for cars and campervans. The area is secured by an electric fence, to keep wildlife outside. After parking your vehicle, you can go to the information center or directly to the booths of the various bus companies to get advise where your bus starts from. Everything is professional and well organized. Staff was very friendly.
