Lake Louise is certainly beautiful and nice for a few days skiing but it was not enough for the 12 days we were there. Snowfall was poor and the cover was icy on many days. We come from Oz for 2 weeks each year and normally ski in Vail/ Beaver Creek and Lake Louise cannot compare. I noticed there were no marshals to check speed in the slow zones and few options for on-mountain coffee/ snacks. There's not a lot to do in the evenings either (we stayed at the Chateau).
