The company is not taking responsibility for their logistics procedures.
The wine consistently fails to leave the winery on time, and the delay is always blamed on ATS.
I raised concerns about potential issues with ATSâspecifically, that if the wine was left outside or not stored properly, it could spoil. There was no clarification or follow-up; I was simply told it was an ATS issue.
When presented with the facts, they claim it is not their responsibility because they âdeliver.â Lucia Franco got defensive and on the spot she fired me as a customer, after being concerns on their logistics. She blamed it on others and even if I was providing facts for them to work on resolving the problems with the delivery company, I was just told that they didnât have to prove anything to me and it is best to part ways.
Itâs disappointing that after six years of excellent service, customer care for wine club members has significantly declined in less than a year.
The estate winery itself is wonderfulâstaff are always welcoming and ensure you have a fantastic time, as do the team at the villa.
However, the wine club program has significant room for improvement. My last few shipments have had recurring issues. I understand there may be a higher volume of shipments now, and Iâm genuinely happy to see the winery thriving. But even so, the basics of logistics and communication need to be revisited.
There is a clear lack of communication with club members. If these challenges are due to internal operational changes, it would be helpful to keep members informed. While I understand that deliveries canât always happen on a specific date, timely communication would allow us to plan better and have realistic expectations for our shipments.
When I brought this up with the new wine club manager, Lucia, I didnât feel like a valued member. Sarah was an amazing manager and cared about customers feedback, concerns and assistance.

I was given a bottle of beautiful wine so I am staying in Osoyoos for 3 nights at my friends I told to book us a lunch and we would go have a wine tasting then after lunch go to there live music on there Patio at Hester Creek !! So when we arrived we did our wine tasting which was wonderful other then the fact that we were asked two times during our tasting to move by a rude worker we were told to be where we were so having to move us once I can understood but twice not good at all then we left and went to our 145 pm lunch reservation we were seated on the patio wich is very pretty we were given water the after about 10 minutes our server came he never made small talk or told us what the soup of the day was nore answered any of my questions he took our order and then we sat there sundenly our food shows up but we still never got our wine that we ordered so I asked where it was they said it was comming We are at Winery we to start off with a glass of wine not have it come after our meal !!! Finally it came I asked if he could take a photo he was rude but did then our chicken was warm was supposed to be crispy chicken on a Ceasar salad it was like the chicken was sitting for long time the bread was half toasted but we ate it and then he never asked us if we wanted another glass of wine or desert he came with the bill with the machine with the amount already in the machine I hadnât even finished my glass of wine I looked at him and said nicely that I was pay cash I gave home the cash he never even offered me my change back so we left and went back to purchase our wine from the wine shop and told the lady there they said to contact manager so I will do that we ended up not sitting on the patio to listen to the love music as at this point we were just done there are a lot of beautiful wineries here in the Okanogan please do not waste your time or money at this one There actual wine is amazing but the failed at...

The estate winery is great, staff are always welcoming and making sure that you have a great experience, same as the villa staff. The wine club member has a big gap for improvement, my last couple of shipments have had some issues, I understand if there are more shipments than before, I am glad the winery is doing great, but the basics are requiring some sort of review. I find thereâs a lack of communication towards the club members, if this is the result of operational procedures, it would be great to communicate with their members. Shipments canât be delivered on a specific date and I get it, but if you communicate we can plan better and understand the situation and have a better idea on when to expect our delicious shipments.
