We visited here on Father's Day. I thought about whether I should write this review or not, but after 24 hours, I think others could learn a bit from this.
So, we were there right at opening. The facility is huge and has a lot to offer. When we entered someone was mopping the floors, other employees were getting to their spots and it was great. Check in was easy. We've been before and used our gift card to pay. That being said, we found it strange that we had to buy their trampoline socks and our kids could not wear socks from their competitor. Fine no problem. It is what it is.
Our kids had a blast as they pretty much had the place to themselves for over half an hour. They did a lot of jumping, played on the slides and the play structure.
It was now time to use the washroom. We used one of the ones in the back. Everything was fine. When it was time to wash hands I noticed there was no soap. No biggie. We just used one of the other vacant washrooms. Again, we were the only ones there.
Next, our kids wanted us to order play food from them as they played cashiers in the play structure section.
An employee walked by checking on things and all was good. I actually went back to her to get her attention and said "just so you know, the last washroom has no soap." That was it. It was a way to help her know. Especially in a time of COVID and just for overall hygiene. If you don't tell them, they may not know. I did not say it in a rude way or anything. She responded saying she's walking around to check on those things. She then went on to say "just so you know you can't be walking on the mat (not trampoline but mat where my kids are playing) without trampoline socks." I complied. I had regular socks on and trampoline socks from a competitor with me. I did find the whole encounter very odd. She walked by before and said nothing to us and now is letting me know just because I pointed something out to her? That's what it felt like. I said it to simply inform her. This is also the same employee who parked directly in front of the facility and was sitting on the curb before the place opened. She may or may have not been smoking. But in front of a kids place, as an employee, not a great idea, if that is in fact the case.
Anyway, it was otherwise great, but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I'd like to point out I actually teach customer service and will be using this as a...
Read moreThis is our second year booking a birthday party at Aerosports Brampton, and unfortunately, it will be our last. The issue isn’t just that we had a disappointing experience — it’s why we had one: the focus has clearly shifted from customer experience to maximizing profit, at the customer’s expense.
Last year (2024), our son’s 5th birthday party was handled with care. We arrived early and were given access to the party room to set up. Guests had a space to gather while the kids played. The host engaged with the kids, the timeline was smooth, and the event felt personal and well-organized. It was a great experience — which is why we returned this year.
This year (2025), nearly every aspect of that customer-first approach was gone. We were told we couldn’t access the party room until the second hour of our booking — meaning no space for guests to gather, no place to drop things, no time to decorate properly. Then we were told we only had access to the party room for 30–45 minutes, in a two-hour party booking. Not only was this a surprise (and a far cry from last year), but the manager insisted it was always the policy. It may be the policy now — but it’s certainly not the practice we experienced before.
To add to the chaos, there was no air conditioning in the party room and they forgot part of our food order. Our host was pleasant and tried to help, but the structure around her left little room for a good experience.
This review isn’t just about a disappointing day. It’s about a business that has changed its priorities — not in policy, but in principle. A birthday party is more than trampoline time. It’s about coming together, celebrating, and making memories. That requires space, attention, and care — none of which we received this time.
I shared this feedback in person and in their official survey, and I stand by what I wrote:
“Your room allocations are not good. It feels like a scam because you assume the trampoline is all that is needed. But a Party requires space to meet together, not just jump. I will...
Read moreHi I had worse experience in my life to go this location. This was first time we decide to go this location with my 2 kids was so excited to go there. I took them we stand in line for to get tickets and whoever is checking us she told me i had signed waiver form. Which I did we came back to line and again she told me whoever is going with 2 years kid we have to put there name but I signed up so I put my name instead of my husband. They make us do filled out another form . I told them why you guys not helping us what was big deal if I am not going and my husband go instead of me. All staff is gossip and making joke on us while I was signing my another waiver. It’s took my last nerve was so irritated it was on Saturday this location was so busy plus I am pregnant. My brother was so angry he told let’s go to another location. I am thinking they are so busy and they don’t care about people walked out. And one more thing I need to let people know here if you have your old trampoline socks they Make you buying another one because they are money on socks. I never see staff like this not helpful the customer service is worse don’t waste time and money to this business. I will not recommend this location. I talked to manager she is not even helpful. Staff and manager are same way. I want to give one advice to manager if you have good staff and customer service this would not happen to anyone else. Customer is always right.
Any way we went to another location it’s was so much better than this one. We don’t even spend more money on socks and my kids enjoy I am glad that I spent my money to...
