It was a wonderful place for Dinner few months back but after the Management has changed it’s awful. No doubt the food is good but the way that lady handles the restaurant is awful. It was not first time that we were visiting this place but after this lady took over its been misleading and mis guiding customers. They will not notify you about the buffet price anywhere in the restaurant or come and mention about it but they will definitely ask you multiple times age of all the kids. A couple bucks is ok we understand too that the prices are going high of everything but not telling the prices of the product and then getting a surprise at the end makes it only look like they wanted only one time customers. She even kept lying ,When we asked her we wanted to talk to the manager or the owner she kept saying they are not around ,whereas she and her husband who runs this place did not even bother to settle this big argument which happened right in the middle of the restaurant, which clearly shows their etiquettes and no knowledge towards hotel industry neither customer service. There were four different families including us who needed a clarification on this that why there are prices of everything put up but not the Buffet. If the prices of the menu which were changed was put , even new items added in buffet was put up , but no where a sign of buffet prices going $10 higher then regular price ,lol this is completely ridiculous for a customer who goes frequently and pays the regular price but one fine day we are expected to pay the price without any notification. Usually there use to be a price put up so you expect the same but if there was a change they should have at-least mentioned while they took the order, but the server kept saying that they forgot to print it out, seriously this is what you get to hear , well right it down on a piece of paper just the way they added new momo sign handwritten on the board. They could easily write it and display so that way you are no misleading. On this the lady had the courage to say that the server didn’t know that you are frequent customer, does that mean they are only aiming at new customers who have no clue about the raise in their prices and definitely don’t care about loosing their old customers. Pretty sure the crowd which lined up earlier happily in the restaurant are missing now is due this kind of customer service. The photo attached use to be earlier at the very front and why not now when the prices have gone way higher than before. Instead now they had handwritten note of saying momo added as a new item for buffet. Lol isn’t this clearly attracting people in a very smart way and making the customer look foolish who will overlook the prices. What they are doing now is gambling with customers who will not fight for their rights and waste time and finally give up and pay . Mam this is not how this industry runs. Please get qualified for the position which you are handling awfully ,management sitting hiding behind the last sit at the corner of the entrance lol. Awful way of handling an escalated situation like this.

Yesterday, my family and I went to Rajdhani Steels for an evening brunch, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I’ve visited this location several times before and usually enjoyed it, but it feels like the focus on quantity has started to affect the quality. We ordered noodles, channa bhatura, a mojito, and a can of Fanta. I specifically requested the noodles to be spicy, but they were served quite plain and didn’t taste fresh. The bhatura was extremely oily—so much so that it was still dripping when served. On top of that, the mojito only came after we asked for it again, which shows service was not attentive. I believe that no matter how busy it gets, quality and service should never be compromised. Based on this experience, I’ll have to seriously reconsider visiting this Rajdhani location again.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and we thought for the price $19.99 all you can eat buffet, it should be an experience if nothing else. We walked in and it was loud and busy. The owner I think, gave us a tour of the place and explained the dishes to us. We took their suggestion and we ran with it. Best experience we had. It was fun, nice music, great dishes for all gustos and an amazing service. We had a smile on our faces throughout dinner. Guys if you want to try different dishes, you should try this place. Don’t ask me what were the names of the dishes though. I can’t tell you. They have spicy dishes and mild ones. It was evident we had no clue what we were doing so everyone, staff and patrons alike, took the time to help us out. What an Amazing Experience. We loved it. Thank you all.

Hii, last night we were visited in your steel location resturant for dining, it was so worse experience with that location, because I'm always recommending rajdhani to viait and try the delicious food and services and me and my company orders and relatives always come to rajdhani bovairdand Terry fox location that two locations services so excellent. Yesterday night, first time we try to steels location, the server name Himanshu deal us so bad way, it's look like so unprofessional staff and no educated, he just through the stuff like we are non human beings, which is ridiculous. We just ignore his service and we ordered food, after we order food paneer dosa and and stuff, they serve the pain dosa. We all start eating when we check it's all potatoes stuffing. And call server again and ask them what is this, he is also confused what is this, then he went to himanshu and ask about what the order, idk his conversation what he said in his order list paneer dosa but idk what's going on with that.

After that they replaced our previous order and said that we will bring for you new one, probably we are waiting 20 mins and we all stop our dining bcz of one order. Nobody come to us and not share the how much time it's take to prepare that it's take only 5 mins to ready up, after 20 mins wait we call other staff member and tell whole story what going on with us, she is so nyc to solve our problem but after 30 mins our all mood is off and we stop to eat anything. We were ask to gave the all bill we were pay all for all items which we eat or not eat.

Bcz of our bed experience that's why I'm adding this review, I advise to the owner please ask your staff must be polite and professional and show some gd etiquettes if they are dealing with dining. I believe dining s more imp for resturant also . And your serve Himanshu didn't come to us and never feel apologize which is also so bad. But we felt apologize in front of your staff.

Hope so next time you will please focuse on that 🙏 really thanks 😊 for you.

I neverever gave bad reviews to rajdhani bcz it's so close to me and my fmly and my company . Bcz of this big issue that's why I just wanna highlight you. On that time on manager on duty otherwise we were...

After a weekend trip to Costco which is just around the corner to this Rajdhani restaurant location, we wanted to refuel our energy and decided to try their all you can eat vegetarian buffet!

We went there for lunch and were seated in no time! The buffet was quite elaborate- ranging from a chat corner, a soup station, a dessert area, a salad bar and a variety of Indian and Chinese/Hakka snacks and main course dishes. They also had a bread station to order different types of freshly made naans and rotis.

The highlight of the buffet for us specifically was the chat corner. They had pani puris/gol gappas with 3 different varieties of flavoured water- tamarind, hing and mint. They all were delicious!

We felt that some of the Indian snacks were a bit dry and seemed like they were not really fresh. However, we did relish the veg biryani along with a variety of Indian curries. They also had pav bhaji and the pavs were freshly prepared upon request. The salad bar has the ‘sirkhe Wale pyaaz’ that brought back old memories.

The service could have been better though. The servers were polite and helpful but we felt that the used plates were not cleared from the table frequently enough. We had to ask a couple of time for the servers to clear our table.

The desserts were decent but we didn’t really like the gulab jamuns. They were hard and didn’t seem fresh.

They do have lower pricing for kids depending on their age. There were a lot of kids friendly menu items such as pizza, Idli, fryums, fries, ice cream etc. as well.

Overall, the ambiance was good but we felt that the price was a bit on the higher side considering it was a...
