Customer service was distressing. I was asked to leave my leather backpack around the corner on the floor and was told that’s the policy for large bags. A lady in a motorized wheelchair was leaving when I went back to speak with the Usher about my concerns with the bag policy. On her scooter was a large beach bag that could hold much more than my own bag. It was a tough position to be in not because of their choice to flag my bag, but because it was specific only to me. I let the usher know I wanted to speak with him , that I would be leaving anyway and not staying to play the slots, because I just wanted to explain my discomfort… and how embarrassing it was. I don’t look traditionally female. I don’t have a traditional purse /vessel to hold all of my things in, and didn’t understand what threat my pack posed. I did look for posted signage about this policy and none existed. I pointed out the different styles of purses, including the lady who just exited beside us.
Overall, a really disarming and surprisingly uncomfortable moment …Not a fun quick...
Read moreA two hour wait for our food!! No kidding. Stay far, far away from the restaurant! Mother's Day ends on a bad note. After waiting twenty minutes and no one came to our table, I went looking for service. Finally had our order taken. Then the two hour wait began. Tables that arrived after us received their food first. Several of them. Finally, when there was only two tables left with people, we eventually got our food. Some of it cool. Absolutely unacceptable. When I complained to the waitress, because the manager wouldn't show his face, we were given one piece of cake (for six people?) and a meal removed. This wasn't just bad service, it was extraordinarily bad. PS: This was their second and last chance because we received the same long wait for food and service the last time we ate there as well. Our waitress ran her backside off, but obviously there aren't enough cooks in the kitchen, and the manager...
Read moreTook a half hour to get a new card (lost my old one) the lady didn't listen to me the dozen times I told her I got married and my card was in my maiden name. Her manager came (an older lady in her late 50s early 60s) who then after another ten minutes looking herself in the system finally found it and printed a new card for us and told us not to bother her any more while there.... She came off very rude and unprofessional to be a manager and say something like that to a customer who spent almost a full hour to just give u there money...... Only good part to this location was the bartender her was amazing and did everything with a smile on his face. Even the greeter at the entrance didn't say hi or anything as she was to busy chatting up the security over there personal life stuff. I'll stick to playing in the casinos in Vancouver instead as customer service...
