Glenmore Dam Off Leash Dog Park — Attraction in Calgary

This is a great water access dog park. Plenty of shallower water for the dogs to just wade in and then there are pockets where they can actually swim.

There's some open space before getting to the river and some bush to wander in.

Our one dog likes to explore beyond dog park boundaries and can jump most park fences. This park is all cliff on the one side and is bounded enough by the slope and trail on the other side that she hasn't tried to go anywhere else.

A beautiful spot to relax on a big rock on a sunny day or to play dam building...
