Good Earth Coffeehouse - Rockyview General Hospital — Restaurant in Calgary

When I was leaving the hospital after visiting a friend, the courtesy phone to call a taxi wasn't working. There was no one around except the 2 people at the Good Earth Cafe right beside the phone area. I asked them if they could call me a taxi and they put up their hands and said "It's not our responsibility" and refused to help me. I was so shocked by this. It's not your responsibility to be a decent human being and help someone in need? All I needed them to do was make a quick phone call. I would have paid for the call and even purchased some products in gratitude, but now I will NEVER make a purchase there no matter how many times I visit my friend. Ordered a chilli that cost $8, but supposed to come with toppings (sour cream & cheddar). Got half a cup of chili microwaved but still cold in middle and when I asked for toppings they said it didn’t come with any. Coffee is good most of the time. but they do this really annoying thing. you ask for a medium coffee and they ask you "this size, or this size?" as a sneaky way to up sell you.
