I visited mid November. It is free to visit and you can walk right up to the lighthouse but the walk is quite wet and muddy at this time of the year. Fortunately, I had rain boots in the car and was able to walk right up to the lighthouse and also into the water. You would be rewarded with the beautiful views and the calming waterfront. Take note that the lighthouse is locked so you cannot go inside it Pro-tip: There are residential houses on both sides of the lighthouse so if driving down, I suggest parking opposite the playground to your left and then walking down the boardwalk to the lighthouse.

A beautiful little nook to have a seat and watch the water. There are many rocks here that are good for sitting on, as well as a bench a bit further back on the sidewalk. Beautiful red rocks with many shells. You get a clear view of the lighthouse coming up from Victoria Park, but you cannot cross that way as it is private property. Still a beautiful spot where we sat for about half an hour.

Great view of Atlantic Ocean, At this time (February), ocean was covered with snow. It was beautiful. Parking is not available. We parked in the roadside. The lighthouse was beautiful with red and white colour. The area was filled with snow, Need to be careful. Great for enjoying solo time. Planning to visit in summer.
