Victoria Park Floating Dock — Attraction in Charlottetown

It is a fabulous idea, and the park should have put it in years ago...

At high tide you get to rock and sway on the water, get another camera angle for photos, or just sit on the bench and relax on the water.

At low tide you can watch the hermit crabs, and other sealife doing thier thing along the sides and get out a bit without having to climb over the dangerous rocks.

The only negative thing in our opinion it just that at low tide the ramp is fairly steep and if wet makes it tricky for strollers or wheelchairs to get up without help.

Speaking of that... its wheelchair accessible too... lol

So what are you waiting for, you should go on down and see it for...

It's ok, but it's not a dock. It's a floating observation platform. You're not allowed to use this floating observation platform to access the water or a floatation device of any kind. Maybe I'm being picky, but it's getting a two-star deduction for not living up...

Be careful when you are on dock and while sit on benchs extra aware of your mobile it can be fall from your pocket under the water.. its floating deck you can enjoy view sunset... moon events or you can spend your time.. to watching at nature... bit cold...
