If you are a woman who feels she is not being heard (re inventory) and tries to clarify herself to the women working at the front of the store a man might just follow you out then run back into the store just to tell you not to come into the store and accuse you of saying something about middle eastern culture. Of all the times I've said things about the culture of PEI and it's sexism (& ive said many things) I've never heard it be interpretted in this way. Especially being that I was one of the first on the island to teach cultural diversity at the post secondary level and people who know me know that. This rather serious accusation was thrown at me, tho, from across a door sill so i began, as any rational person would, to try to clarify myself . The man walked away from me while i was talking. I dont know much about this store, but every time I've went in, the owners have been so pleasant! My hubby always makes comments when he comes out of this store about how nice everyone is too! It also seems like they have a bit of everything! And their pricing is always wicked 👌 The only thing is, there's no parking because of where it's located :( you can park on the sides of the road but sometimes it does get congested through there!
