Initially, I planned to Sasquatch mountain for my snowboarding trip but the weather was too good & the resort had not been opened for more than a month. I gave it up & started my casino trip for several days. When I went to this casino, it was a small but good casino. The food in the restaurant was delicious. There were about 50-60 slots(not sure as I didn’t play slots) About the table games, they started opening at 16/1700 every day except Tuesdays & Wednesdays(not opened). There were about 6-8 tables(don’t remember) 1 baccarat, 2 UTH(min $10), 1 king’s bounty blackjack(min $10), 1 low limit blackjack($5-$50), 1 free bet blackjack(min $10) & 1 or 2 pai gau poker(don’t remember). Dealers were so friendly & interactive like Davon, Hung & Tina(she always announces loudly when someone has got a blackjack😂) I enjoyed so much on those days. Wish I could go back again but seems no plan to Chilliwack again.

First time and mainly posting regarding the restaurant. Restaurant is fairly big and they appear to have a stage for live music at times. The seating is less to be desired as the chairs are very uncomfortable. Ordered the chicken wrap and chicken Alfredo. The wrap was decent although the chicken was a bit dry. The chicken alfredo had far too many green onions in it. This really overpowered and ruined what was otherwise a good dish. The garlic bread though could have been used a door stop. Would recommend to try once, however would ask them to not add any green onions to the chicken alfredo and/or try a different dish.

Great attitudes in all areas of this 300 machine gaming house (inc. Bingo regularly), soon to be a full casino... Food is excellent, contrary to the previous person who exposes their personal ignorance... After 45 years eating in this SW region of BC, their food range, and quality, at the prices they charge, are good to excellent, and more importantly if you aren't happy, tell them, and they will make it right... All of the staff, in all departments, take care of people first, properly... At close to 70 my experience with retail, public service businesses, ranks this company as sincereful, and actually caring....

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience trying to play table games for the first time because I love poker, it’s super fun.

I’ve played Texas hold em poker at home for many years, I was excited to finally try it at a casino for once.

I was told by staff that it was 5$ buy ins, but when I got to the table, it said 10$, no big deal, but then the lady explained the minimum buy in is THIRTY dollars, I figured what the heck I guess I’ll try it once.

You’d think 30 dollars for a large amount of chips that you can use to play many hands conservatively? But no no no, it’s thirty dollars to play ONE HAND. That’s right, ONE HAND.

What really made the entire experience horrible was the dealer read my cards out loud to herself and the other players???? And they played for me???? I wasn’t given any choices. It was like lighting 30 dollars on fire in front of me and saying “have a nice day” it was over in a minute and I had zero fun, learned nothing about how differently poker works there, and had zero desire to ever play again.

30 dollars being the minimum to play a single hand is absolutely insane to me. I just wanna have some fun, losing a couple tenners or 20s can still be fun. But your minimum requirements makes it so you need to put at least about 100$ on the line to play 3 measly hands.

What ever happened to giving people more chips for their money??? So an actual game can take place? I don’t have hundreds to blow on gambling and I never will.

I’m never...

Staffs brutal. Went in with my mom and farther tonight for dinner and dumb and dumber working the door won’t let me in with a BC ID and a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. I had my passport in my mother’s vehicle so I went back got it and they still hassled me about it. I work in the bar industry since I was 19 and im 24 now and I had more then the proper identification. Then dumb and dumber eventually lets me in and tells me I can’t gamble. Then went to the diner had food & drinks payed up and my mom wanted to play slots. Dumb and dumber are watching me like a hawk because they don’t got any real work to do. Me and pops go for a shot of Jameson and this washed up bartender tells me I don’t have the right pieces of ID. A BC ID a birth Certificate and a passport THREE GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION and refuse to serve me saying he’s not risking his job for me when he’s not doing his job properly. Bud I double your cash on a Monday then you earn on a Saturday at less then half your age while you slanging taky drinks in a cheap ass casino. I’ll also mention I was not rude once until this flamer dennied me of Ireland’s finest whisky. I work industry full time in Vancouver I’m aware of the rules and respect the rules but dumb and dumber at the door and the rookie behind the wood needs some respect and a reminder of BC liquor laws. This bozo on the wood probably shakes an old fashion. The women serving coffee was very lovely tho. Replace...

Went to the casino with my wife today. Usually a good experience with the food and service. We arrived at 9:01 am and were greeted warmly by the server, she knows us as we go there fairly often. She took our order at 9:05 and had it rung into the kitchen by 9:06. Drinks arrived promptly after that. Then the waiting started. Our meal didn't arrive until 9:36. We were the only two people in the restaurant until 9:30 when another table of two arrived and ordered breakfast. The server was very nice about it and wasn't sure why it took so long and offered to take a discount off our bill. My wife started to eat her breakfast and the eggs were undercooked to what she had ordered them. Her side of bacon was very dry and hard. The server was very accommodating asking her if she would like another one made up, but we were on a time crunch so she declined. The server promoed our meal for us instead and was very apologetic. I looked over at the other two people in the restaurant and their food arrived about 10 minutes after they ordered. Normally we don't have a problem with the restaurant, but to take 30 minutes to cook two breakfasts is a bit long. (I have cooked breakfasts for a number of years in the food industry) I am hoping this was just an off day with the cook in the kitchen and hopefully it won't happen again. Service...
