Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Chilliwack

April 27, 2020 edit: Was contacted by the manager who handled my complaint professionally and acknowledged my experience. I am happy with how this was resolved and put a little more confidence in the management. Raising from 1 star to 3.

Extremely rude staff tonight. Driving with my two kids and getting them a chicken wrap. The lady over the intercom stated that she can only give me one chicken wrap, was very rude from the beginning. I asked if they only had one, and she said that it was a busy day and she only has time to make me one. What a joke. If she worked for me, that would be her last day on the job without any doubts.

I was the only car in the drive-through, and no one else around at all. I overheard the two workers' conversation at the window complaining about people and using inappropriate language. When I paid she angrily handed me the bag with one grilled chicken wrap and left the window. She is an older lady with lots of tattoos on her arm. I am very disappointed and angry at this unwarranted behaviour and also do not trust the food that was given to me. I will be calling the manager in the morning for a refund as I will not be eating this sandwich. Hope she finds...

I can see the girls that worked morning shift on July 16, 2023 at this location is at the verge of ruining this franchise. They are very rude, they verbally called me a liar because they served me a hot French vanilla in 26 degree weather which I clearly Stated I wanted a large ice Capp. I told the girl that I wanted an ice Capp not French vanilla. She argued with me telling me to accept my mistake. She said to me “you are a liar” I told her like 3 times at the window that I wanted a large ice capp, she made me a mediun ice capp. I was exhausted as the 3 - 4 girls ganged up against me by calling me liar and laughed at me then shut the window at me. (They spoke the same dialect so it was easy for them to gang up against me) Other customers were waiting in line because they collaboratively argued with me wasting customers time. One of the girls said she knows me well because i come there everyday for breakfast. Even if i made mistake with my order, they are not loyal to their customers considering i spend my money at this location all the time. I felt humiliated by this girls and i drove off. Me, family and friends are definitely not...

Sad to have to give it one star. I won't even star the others. Completely disgraceful service!!!!! I used gas to go and do something nice and there were supposed to be cookies there at 9:00 a.m. and they couldn't be bothered to get there when they should have been there and it's right around the corner, a block away. I waited 10 extra minutes after. Completely Disgraceful service!!! I hope that they do not use Tim Hortons again! I am very upset about this :( :( :( !!!! I was looking forward to the cookies. They should not have advertised that there were going to be cookies there when they're not even there at the right time. Completely Disgraceful service!!! I will never ever go to this location. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Naturally as everything goes in this city, if this was tomorrow instead, I would have come later and maybe the cookies would have been there on time. Way to ruin a day of someone who does/has done so...
