From the moment we drove into the parking lot, we knew we were in for an amazing ride! I conquered the ultimate treetop adventure! Such a great destination for intense fun! Great place to put your climbing skills to the test! Swinging, climbing and zipping through the tress is a feeling everyone needs to enjoy at LEAST once in their lives!! This place was the perfect combination of fun and something to challenge you. The adventure park is beautifully designed, with a range of activities that cater to all levels of thrill-seekers. The zip lines were adrenaline-pumping and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. It was my first time zip lining! A must-do on anybody's bucket list. I was initially scared, but finishing the course was awesome. The ziplines took my breath away and made it seem like you are truly flying, leaving us smiling and thinking, "Let's do that again.” Great scenery flying through the tree tops! We had an excellent time high in the trees. You are climbing on and across lines that test your abilities of balance and agility, while giving you rewards of accomplishments that you were not sure you could do! The course can definitely be a little difficult in some places, but we persevered and made it all the way to the end. We were able to push our limits in a safe way. The course had beautiful scenery! All the instructors were very helpful and encouraging, and I left feeling like I had conquered the world. There were more difficult parts that I bravely tried, like the WTF Jump, that was exhilarating! I was shaking with adrenaline before and after! Such a unique, fun and safe experience that pushed the edges of our comfort and felt great! I'm just kinda blown away that somebody put so much care and attention into everything here -- and everything is maintained at such a high level. The guides (Kenna and others who I don’t know/rememeber their names) made it fun and exciting even when scared! I will be talking about this for YEARS!!! The grounds are beautiful and you really get the in the trees experience. The obstacles were challenging but doable and pushed us out of our comfort zones in the best way possible. When you start and complete each obstacle, you will look back and feel proud of yourself! We were so proud of ourselves for conquering our fears and accomplishing the course!! It was also my first time axe throwing and the guide was amazing as she gave us so many pointers! I don’t remember/know any of the guides name (except Kenna) but their enthusiasm and helpfulness really added to the fun atmosphere! An experience worth remembering. It’s something everyone should do at least once! I enjoyed having an experience where I could test myself, face my fears, and feel like I had accomplished something at...
Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of booking a birthday event with WildPlay, and I must say it was nothing short of a disaster. Countless issues marred what should have been a memorable day.
First and foremost, the misinformation I received from the call center regarding the birthday package was both misleading and frustrating. It’s disheartening to see a company fail at providing accurate information to its customers.
Safety concerns on-site only added to my concerns. It’s imperative that a place like WildPlay ensures the safety of its patrons. Myself, along with other parents felt this was severely lacking during our visit.
Finally, my effort to kindly inform someone of these concerns and others (yes, there are others), was met with an immediately defensive and utterly incompetent manager on duty. Their inability to handle the public and resolve issues was glaringly evident and compounded the disappointment experienced that day. It’s clear that this individual is in dire need of proper training in customer service.
What adds insult to injury is the complete lack of follow-up. Despite raising my concerns with the call center upon returning home, I was promised that a supervisor would reach out to address the issues. Unfortunately, this promise was never fulfilled. Even after filling out a post-event survey, not a single person bothered to follow up with me.
Your lack of accountability and disregard for customer feedback is disheartening. My experience with your establishment was beyond disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Thanks for nothing, WildPlay. This could have been resolved long before now and instead, here is a google review to warn others before they consider booking a birthday party and having to witness the disappointment on the faces of their...
Read moreStaff didn’t let me off the course even when I repeatedly asked/demanded. I completed the classic course with zero problems and was looking forward to a bump in difficulty in the extreme course. The bump in difficulty for me was getting hurt by the rope nets apparently. Don’t wear short sleeves and don’t do it unless you know you can finish.
I asked to be let down and the staff below tried to convince me to continue before they radioed someone. I assumed it was someone to help me get off the course but this new staff just stood there doing their best to convince me to continue and telling me I had gotten past the worst of it. I tried the next challenge and it was NOT ok. I was in a lot of pain from having to cling to the ropes and I told them I wanted down again. I told at least 2 different staff that I needed to get down, repeatedly, there might have been a third. I don’t know at what point the third staff cycled through. At what point do they take you seriously? I was already crying and very firm about wanting to end the course. Do I need to be screaming in terror, crying, and begging to be let down before it will finally happen?
I eventually gave up asking. I wasn’t afraid and I didn’t need a nudge to overcome any fears. I was in pain. I felt bad for the fellows behind us that had to wait while I limped through the rest of the course. The staff were clearly resistant to letting me down. They also seemed to be short staffed as they seemed to be covering quite a large area/number of people per staff member. This went from type 2 fun to type 3 fun. I will not recommend the extreme course and I’m reluctant to recommend this business at all after my experience and the staff’s inaction for letting me leave the...
