We were served bad tasting Americanos. Perhaps it was an anomaly. I drink Americanos in a lot of places and know good vs bad. We asked to have them switched for regular brewed coffee instead. The server refused, said we wouldn't like that either, got angry and threw money at us. I complained about being treated like that as a customer and server told me I was a bad customer and told me to get out. So much for customer service. BAD COFFEE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.
