I came here for the off leash dog park. It is a large fenced area with lots of room to play fetch with your furry best friend. There is a water pump (with bucket) and a garbage can (with bags). If it is raining there is a small covered area with a cement floor so you can stay dry and avoid most of the mud. Your fellow dog owners are generally friendly and it is a good place for conversation. The dogs are pretty good too and I have not yet run into an unfriendly pooch.    Read moreCumberland Village Park is great and offers something for everyone. The newest additions of the state park and jump track are fantastic and perfectly suit the mountain bike community.
The dog park is also great especially considering it is the only dog park in the Comox Valley. Pet owners that come here seem to be very friendly and well in control of their dogs.
