Superb. Update to Add: WOW this is probably the BEST CHOCOLATE I HAVE EVER EATEN. For context, my partner saw a chili chocolate and wanted it but it was part of a Twilight themed box. $20 for a small box of chocolates but the place was nice so we figured it would be good even though the rest of the flavours werenā€™t necessarily ones we would have chosen. Every single one was PERFECT. 10/10 for creativity, presentation, flavours - everything. Iā€™m picky AND a chocolate snob so it takes a lot for me to say that. Legitimately, Iā€™m tempted to find out if theyā€™ll ship out of province because I was gonna go back for more but ran out of time on vacation. Will absolutely be back!!!

My Mum and I tried this place a couple days ago. Lovely staff. Very inviting. Cozy to sit inside or on the street where u can visit with people and their dogs walking by. We didnā€™t have the chocolate but it looked amazing. Will do so next time. We had wonderful coffee. I asked for a Bulletproof which wasnā€™t on their menu but they made it anyhow and it was delicious.

I live in the US and needed to order a holiday gift for a client who lives in Comox, BC. I found Dark Side Chocolates online and immediately knew they were "the one" after looking through their offerings and reading some of their reviews.

The icing on the cake for me was that they offer local courier delivery, which provided me with flexibility to choose the delivery date myself and alert our client about when to expect the delivery, rather than being at the mercy of a shipping company and holiday delays.

When I needed to change the delivery date, Dark Side was prompt to respond and work with me + the courier to find a date that aligned with our client's holiday hours.

I had a great experience ordering from them and would do it...

Walking over with my travel mug, to get my emotional support choco bev - one of my fave moments of living in this village. If i forget my travel mug, walking home with one of their loaner mugs - just as sweet.

I appreciate that their takeout cups are all paper.

And the aroma of their amazing handmade treats - choco covered cherries or cranberries, and the Jean Luc Earl Grey Tea caramel, or the chai one...or the vanilla one...or that one with the salt on top....haven't had one I didn't love.

The space is welcoming, staff is warmly friendly, there are new things being rotated in with the faves, it's only all good....
