A compact little Hwy 169 roadside park facing north on Lake Muskoka. A few chairs and a picnic table, real washrooms, drinking water bottle refill tap, and seasonal tiny info booth. Swimming possible off dock with ladder. Nice view over the lake, and generally quiet. Canada geese issue some years with excess 'deposits' on dock, grass etc, particularly mid-late summer. Too bad the town has not devoted sufficient resources to control this.

Nice little gem of a park. Great for pitstop and a nice view from the Muskoka chairs by the lake. Although it's near a rather busy street, you don't notice it after you step out of the car and enter the park. Great parking lot easy to get in and out of. Wheel chair accessible bathroom that was clean but could use a coat of paint on the cement floor.

Docked my plane at the windsor park to go for lunch and shopping with my wife. There are no cleats or rings to tie to at the larger section of dockage so had to improvise a bit. I'm guessing this is intentional for some reason. Because of the sketchy tie up were unable to stay long and the other section of dock was taken.

Only public washroom open YEAR ROUND holy moly.

Always my go to spot when working (I’m the weird one who enjoyed doing the 169 run). This park will forever hold the most amazing memories for me.

Thank you to the township of Muskoka lakes for treating this community with the grace and dignity it deserves.

Bala and Windsor park will always be a staple to this community - those who know...
