Bala Bay Takeaway Pizza Nova — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Halloween night.. whated to pick up a chicken ceasar wrap., sweet patato fries and a drink.. no customers around but there was 4 people working. Took over 30 minutes and the order was not only wrong but something that should never be served. Manager/ owner was eating outside, didn't really care.. kid taking order had no clue and cook was even worse. I can understand in the middle of summer but Oct 31 when no one is in town.. I guess the ( Halloween Trick) was on me.. $24.. I took my drink and walked out.....

I live in Bala and often get takeout on my way home. Usually pizza or panzerotti or fish and chips,, but have probably had most menu items over the years and never disappointed. Always in a rush. I never noticed the seating in the back for dine-in. Had a Super lunch in the back room with my folks (early 80's) and Dave rocked the food and service. I might stay for dinner next time cause it's nice back there and they also serve...

Been going here since they opened but I have now had 2 bad orders in a row. Wings were overcooked, chicken fingers were literally the size of my fingers and there only 5. The chicken ceaser wrap essentially a lettuce wrap with 2 little pieces of chicken and the wrap was not even grilled so everything was falling apart. We will not be going here again, 2 very bad orders will do that to you, go to smoking birds or Bala...
