Laser Force - Spécial Relâche Scolaire — Attraction in Drummondville

My son had his birthday party here last June 14 with his classmates. They loved the laser tag and the galaxie fun. However, some expectations were not meet. We availed the Wow Package so there will be lesser stress for us. The first explanation to me, when I inquired for the package, was not the same when we came back. They said laser tag can be done anytime the kids wants. But the next time we came back for the reservation, we need to reserve the time and there should be rest in between, which we don't actually mind if they said it the first time. So they gave us 2 time slots for laser tag, 1 for mini golf, and unlimited galaxie fun. So I was thinking it is okay for $520 considering the inclusions. However, the package includes a staff who should be running the party from start to finish. I know this is not the staff's fault. The management should train the staff to do hosting. I don't mind that there was no program or what, but I was hoping that she was supposed to give the instructions to the kids properly. Laser tags is not exclusive to the kids, which we understand since it is supposed to be operated for 25 people. However, I hope the staff had told the kids that they will be playing with others so they can managed their expectations. Their 2nd try was better. Also in the mini golf, they could have at least let the previous guest reach hole 3 before letting the kids go in. There are 8 kids with no clear instructions and very excited, of course they will be noisy. They had to go out even before starting and just wait outside for a "hunt" for things, which are hidden drawings in the walls in the hockey hole. Since the food and drinks in the package will only be popcorn, candies and slushie, we brought our own foods and drinks. But no slushie was served in the party. We forgot to asked because we were busy accomodating parents of the other kids who started coming for the pick up. One more thing, staff hosting should not be the one to do the glow in the dark painting. Aside from she is also not trained for it (anyway, the kids don't mind if the drawing is good or not) but she cannot focus on hosting because she had to paint them. (This might also be the reason why she was not able to do the hosting properly). At the end of the party, only 4 out of 8 had their painting. Good thing the other kids did not cry and just when back to arcade or galaxie fun before going home with their parents. Arcade is not included in the party (we had to exchange for tokens $1=1 game token). Anyway, the epic room is a good size for a party. It can fit 20 people and it has a door with direct access to the laser tag. Also, the room has glow in the dark design. They turned off the white lights and used black light during birthday cake candle blowing. The kids loved it. I am just glad that the children focused on enjoying their stay. But we might not want to do the same...

Malgré que cet endroit nous a été recommendé, je ne peux pas dire que ça l'a été une belle expérience. Nous y sommes allés à la première heure d'ouverture. Ils offrent leur parcours "Labyrinth" pour les enfants de 0-2 ans, durant le matin de certains jours de semaine. Par déduction, seulement les 0-2 ans devraient utiliser ces modules avec des parents accompagnateurs. Cependant, il y avait clairement des enfants plus vieux qui ne faisaient pas attention aux enfants 0-2 ans et qui couraient partout en fonçant dans les jeunes. Ils n'y avaient aucun modules de jeux pour enfants 0-2 ans. Après avoir demandé une raison à pourquoi c'est comme ça, un commis nous a expliqué qu'ils ont toutes retiré les modules de jeux pour enfants car il y avait un camp de jour qui s'en venait "plus tard" et qu'ils allaient "pitcher tout". Enlevez-les plus tard, c'est tout.

Pourquoi avoir des moments réservés aux enfants de 0-2 ans durant des journées si vous enlevez les modules pour ceux-ci sans le dire avant qu'on paie? Si nous payons pour un moment réservé aux bébés je m'attends à ce que mon bébé soit en sécurité et qu'il puisse faire quelque chose. N'y allez pas avec des 0-2 ans et évitez-vous le trouble. C'est surement bien lorsque les enfants sont plus vieux parcontre.

Edit en réponse au propriétaire: Comme que mon message le mentionne, nous avons consulté le commis pour les modules et avons également mentionné l'age des enfants avant l'arrivé du camp de jour. Rien n'a été expliqué à part "c'est ça qui est ça". Comme que j'ai seulement utilisé la section 0-2 ans, je peux seulement noter avec des étoiles pour le service reçu. Il n'y a eu aucunes ventes solicitées. Nous sommes arrivés à la première heure d'ouverture et le camp de jour est arrivé vers 10:30. Les modules auraient pu y être au moins une heure. Une madame avait laissé sont bébé dans son carosse, parce qu'elle avait peur de le laisser ramper au sol. J'écris de bonnes reviews lorsque c'est mérité. The lase game was fun. But the employee didnt explain us how to find the target o the wall or where was our base to defend. They even gave us a broker jacket witch stopped working during the game. The employee didnt help us to change the jacket during the game even when it happened in front of her. Very disapointing. But beside this sad event, the game was fun, you can chose a jacket with a unique fun name of it. The space is big enough and have a lot of hiding spot.
