Sir Wilfrid Laurier Natural Playground — Attraction in Edmonton

Wood chips and 2 very large wood natural looking structures. Only good for +5yrs nothing for babies and tots... My children liked the bouncy leaves the most. Very small and no parking...very hard to find, we found the tiny climb area with sandpit first and then drove around the entire park. As we were exiting we saw in between the trees...so I kind of parked close to the entrance??? Not sure, still confused. Probably will not be back for 5+ years 😅 The woods are great for shade and trails but also a lot more bugs then other...

Beautifully designed. Yay for no sands. Surrounded by woods where kids can explore, and it also blocks winds, but create nice shade. Right beside the fence, there is a bicycle obstacle course too. Beautiful open space at the both end (the playground is long and narrow) for activities. a few benches within the playground and a few picknic table are available...

The only thing wrong with the playground is all the kids!! Joking. But it is really fun as an adult if you get the chance to play when children aren't around. The slide is fast and climbing structures are sturdy. My child enjoyed it too but I kind of want one of these...
