This place is absolutely perfect for taking a break if you are exercising or before / after work. You just have to walk a little bit from the track or the street if you park over there for a little bit. Just look at the flow of the Saskatchewan river, take a few deep breaths and feel like all the heavy things or the tiredness in your body goes away with the flow of the river. Perfect place to see how the river has taken the path of least resistance over the centuries.
