Greenwood Tours — Attraction in Greenwood

Greenwood has always captured my curiosity and the tour that we did last week coloured in the white spaces of my knowledge around this cool little town.

Maureen Grant is an exceptional guide. She has clearly poured much of herself into researching every corner of Greenwood's history and learning the secrets that whisper between it's decorative, beckoning walls.

We appreciated that the supernatural stories she shared weren't over the top or gimmicky. They were very much rooted in real possibility while keeping the door open to healthy skepticism.

Her historical outfit was a really fun and beautiful touch that enhanced the experience verses distracting from it. We were especially grateful to Maureen for creating a second time slot for the tour later in the evening. It was the only time our full group of 5 could participate in the tour together before summer's end.

Thank you for the really intriguing, meaningful and fun experience Greenwood Tours! I highly recommend this as a group activity, as a date or as a solo experience to treat yourself with. You'll never see Greenwood...

My wife and I run a campground in Christina Lake and kept hearing good reviews from our campers about this tour so we went with our son and daughter-in-law. We did the morning history tour and found it very interesting. Was great to learn about the history of Greenwood and the area surrounding. The old photos she had and showed throughout the tour really brought you back to get a idea of what this town was like back in the day. Now we are wondering when we will have time to go back and do the nighttime...

If you are driving through Greenwood, stop! The history surrounding so many of BC’s small towns is incredible and Greeenwood is no exception. What a neat place!! This tour offers more insight into this small town and takes you through the “haunted” parts of town.

The tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of the questions anyone in our group had and shared stories from local research.
