The homestead Pinot from a clay terroir - is dynamic and evolving; with green vegetal notes, stringent minerality, and plump red fruit. This is a mature selection that grows with each sip. Their Chardonnay follows Burgundian tradition with 1/3 new 1/3 second year and 1/3 old French oak.
