Cloudsley Cellars — Attraction in Lincoln

Hands down the best Pinot Noir & Chardonnay in the Niagara region. The homestead Pinot from a clay terroir - is dynamic and evolving; with green vegetal notes, stringent minerality, and plump red fruit. This is a mature selection that grows with each sip. Their Chardonnay follows Burgundian tradition with 1/3 new 1/3 second year and 1/3 old French oak. Stopped for a very enjoyable tasting. Only Chardonnay and Pinot Noir but different options for each. Friday at 3pm they weren't too busy so our hostess had plenty of time to tell us about the wine and the Winery. Recommended place to try!
