Speedy Golf — Attraction in Markham

Speedy Golf has really gone down hill. We have been coming here regularly and I’ve noticed as the months go by the place starts to get worst and worst. First it was all the trash that was left from previous nights (we come in the morning). The mats are now worn out and have dips in random spots. The WORST of all is their customer service. Out of the last 5 weeks we come to play 4/5 of the times we have had issues with the tracker. Usually they pick up in like 5 calls but for some reason today (Sun Apr 6) they are refusing to pick up the phone, return text messages, not answer their social media. We got here just before 9am to set up our bay and it is now currently 9:48am and we still have not heard from anyone at Speedy Golf. Our bay (#3) still remains unplayable and we have paid for 3 hours. We are now forced to pay for another bay without knowing if we will ever get in touch with customer service and get a refund back for our other booking. I’ve been to numerous golf sims and nothing like this has ever happened. I have always been able to reach customer service and they would be able to fix the issue right away and then they offer to give you additional time for taking up your time. Email/info to phone was on time, exactly 10 minutes, give u just enough time to get a quick warmup in.

Tv turning on with golf playing is pretty awesome.

Only one suggestion, could use a vending machine with drinks and maybe an option to play some music. The quiet time could get pretty boring at times. But overall would love to come back and get some more practice in.
