Hot Rock Sauna Spa — Local services in Markham

My wife and I went there for a full massage, scrub and sauna package. The receptionist was very pleasant, told us about every thing, then informed us that Emily and Jennifer will be our servers. So we went into our change rooms and then to the massage room. Both, Emily and Jennifer were very professional, they chatted with us, made jokes. We were very impressed by the massage they gave us, it was very good. Then we went for the scrub. The scrub was ok. Not bad, but not as great as the massage. After there were went into the sauna. Over all were there for for about 3 hours. I would definitely go there again and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a massage.

Recommendation for the management. I don’t have any complains, and I hope you don’t mind me giving you some advice. I had a good experience at your facility. How ever, I do have some recommendation where you can provide even better service.

1 For couples or anyone booking the full package set them up with first, massage, then sauna and then finally the scrub. That way they are good to go right after the scrub shower. 2 Invest in some scrubbing creams and better scrubs. The servers did scrub us but there was no scrubbing cream, its was simply a soap.

I went for a body scrub, as I have been looking to get one for a long time. 1.this was NOT a scrub. I scrub better at home. This was a sponge bath. There was no pressure to scrub the body, and certain areas were missed (armpit, inner thigh). They open the door to check as your redressing so they can stand in the doorway and ask for the tip. The bath room has a mouldy smell to it.
