❗️❗️❗️❌❌❌❌❌⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ADIDAS ❌❌❌❌❌❌⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding an incident that occurred today Friday 22 december 2023 arround 5 Pm at your store located at 19001 Chemin Notre Dame, Mirabel, Quebec J7J 0T1.

While shopping at your store, I experienced an incident of unethical behavior by one of your employees named V.R. During my visit, Mr. R., along with another employee, engaged in distracting conversation with me, and to my shock, I later discovered that a shoe with a security tag was placed in my bag without my knowledge or consent.

Fortunately, another observant customer brought this matter to my attention. When confronted, Mr. R. initially denied any wrongdoing. However, upon realizing that there was a witness, he admitted to the act and displayed a dismissive attitude, not only admitted but saying that he was pranking with me!! Pranking to do what ?to put a shoe with a tag security in my pesonal bag!!! Pranking to make me look as a thief!!! Then stating that even if I involve the police, nothing would be done.

This distressing incident has not only ruined my day but has also left me feeling deeply humiliated. The experience was so disheartening that my own son expressed his reluctance to ever set foot in your store again. This incident has caused me significant emotional distress, and I find myself grappling with a sense of trauma due to the violation of trust by one of your employees.

I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter, take appropriate action against Mr. R., and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future. As a loyal Adidas customer, I trust that you will address this issue promptly and maintain the integrity...

So went there today at 8 PM, parked walked in to realize that the stores were closed but google said it closes at 9. On my way out got pulled over by an extra aggressive security guard that started screaming at me and say that I was drifting in the parking lot. The security guard started screaming and cursing and aggressively approaching me. I had just left the parking spot and I am not a little kid to start drifting in the parking lot. I am a businessman and was driving my 1 month old truck and was with my GF in the truck. After ending the argument with the VERY aggressive guy I left and he kept on following until I was on the street and he took my plate. So I turned back to the parking and I called the cops as he was very aggressive and kept on following me. When the cops arrived he changed his version and told the cops that I was finally not drifting but he was only warning me not to drift cause there was young people earlier drifting in the parking lot. This security guard should not be working as a guard as he can be very aggressive and cause danger to regular customers that are coming for shopping. It will surely be my last time there. I do not recommend this place. Not recommended. After all you dont really save by going there. The security guard was driving car number 19101 at 8 PM January 06 2020....
