We went to eat there several times and we believe that the service has become more and more pitiful. The waiter spoke to us like we were children not able to order sushi. At the end, for 2 people we left 7 pieces of sushi uneaten that the server counted 1 by 1. He made us the comment that this time he will let it go but next he will charge us! We thought that 7 sushi was acceptable since no one knows how much sushi exactly one can eat which he replied no 5..btw we shared this comment with all our friends because we couldn't believe it.!!.. Mind you we paid more than 100$ for 2 people which we did not even eat for that much! Honestly the waiter was so rude and bold. Overall the food is good until now but the service is horrific! Even the hostess wasn't welcoming to all clients that came in after us. Tenzo needs to start hiring good waiters. If you want good food and bad service is the place to go but in MTL there is plenty of all you can eat sushi with good service...
Read moreIf you want to eat delicious food to your heart’s content, you must visit TENZO SUSHI FUSION RESTAURANT. Let’s start with the food. The menu is well-designed, with sushi and Japanese and Asian delicacies taking center stage! However, if your palate isn’t yet accustomed to sushi, you can enjoy other dishes like rice-based options. The ambiance and service are spectacular. The restroom facilities are well-suited to the place. And the price is the best, as orders range between $23 and $30, remembering that it’s an all-you-can-eat restaurant—meaning you can eat as much as you want for the price of your order. However, there are additional charges for extra items, so it’s always good to confirm before ordering. For a weekend afternoon or a winter evening, this is the place to go. I recommend starting with the Wonton soup! Read moreService was very good, a few minor mistakes which were swiftly corrected. Staff very nice, polite. One staff member seemed like she didn't want to be there, was clearing tables with an attitude and picking up dirty dishes on our table without excusing herself when passing very close to my husbands head/face. Atmosphere was good, very pretty, a little bit loud at times, had difficulty hearing each other talk. Food was very average, crab sticks in everything, so if you're like me and don't like crab sticks, you are left with very little choices for the sushi. Have had much better tasting sushi elsewhere. Very limited choice for sushi rolls, not very fancy nor original. Some interesting choices from the tempura section like mushroom, zucchini and pumpkin. For the price, totally not worth it since we had to all take "all you can eat" at 40$ per person. Very...
