Was there for lunch. I seated at my favorite spot ... at the seat with a direct view on the cuisine where you can see the cooks working ... I love this. In addition, they are friendly and appreciate some interaction. They offer a lunch menu with a selection of 4-6 different meals. That day, they were all interesting, from a pasta, humberger, fish, vegetarian option, and the one I selected; humberger steak with mushrooms pepper sauce. First off we went to eat early 17h30 a saturday. We made reservation prior, Restaurant was full, staff was friendly (one employee hold the door for us prior to her work shift) service was great. My wife had the salmond tartare, the taste was one of the best she had and the serving was a good size, fries were also perfect. I had the bavette de boeuf, i have to raise my glass to the chef its was sublime the outside had a nice crisp and the inside was just like i ordered (medium rare). This place is very modern looking and the staff was great! Very knowledgeable about their menu. I had the duck smoked meat rolls, they were excellent. My husband had the Cesar salad. It was very good but expensive for a salad. I had the beef tartar as a main meal, it was good and the portion was generous. My husband had the korean style ribs and mac and cheese. These were far from Korean and the mac and cheese was not cheesy. The desert was good, we ordered the chocolat Raspberry fondant and the fried Oreo cookies.
