We've visited just today this place with my sister's and children and we are highly dissatisfied. This is our first time to visit the place but we're so very disappointed the place is dirty and we encountered people who's racist to my daughter because she is Autism kid...I paid 70$ for nothing the kids didn't enjoy playing cause the staff said we need to leave cause there's an old lady who keep complaining about my daughter's behavior cause my daughter keep taking her water bottle but I bring it back and keep touching there stuffs but I tell sorry to them a lots of times because of my daughter's behavior I know that's not good to keep touching there stuffs that's why I keep watching my daughter while she's playing but there's a time that my daughter was running everywhere and I can't see here right away because there's a lot of kids playing and I explain to the old lady that my daughter has Autism but she's so very rude the old lady keep shouting to my daughter and she tell to my daughter "GO HOME" AND SHE POINTED HER FINGER ON MY FACE AND SHE SAID YOUR DAUGHTER IS NOT WELCOME HERE TO THE INDOOR PLAYGROUND SHE'S A THIEF SHE'S STILLING OUR STUFFS ( Water Bottle) AND THE OLD LADY AND HER DAUGHTER KEEP SAYING BAD WORDS TO MY DAUGHTER AND SHE GIVE ME A MIDDLE FINGER THAT'S WHY I GET MAD TO THEM THEY KEEP SHOUTING INFRONT OF ME AND THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THERE I WAS SO EMBARRASSED...I ASKED THEM TO SPEAK NICELY AND STOP SHOUTING BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO STOP THEY TREAT MY DAUGHTER LIKE A CRIMINAL BECAUSE OF HER BEHAVIOR I FEEL BAD FOR MYDAUGHTER IT'S NOT HER FAULT THAT SHE'S AUTISM KID I'M THE MOTHER I FEEL HURT THE MOST MORE THAN MY DAUGHTER...IM NOT GOING TO BRING MY DAUGHTER'S TO THE INDOOR PLAYGROUND ANYMORE 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️

I've been tempted to go for a while, but during summer my LO was sick. Finally today we went... I aches to say that I wasted almost 30$, we stretched our stay to 30 mins... It was really not enjoyable.

The toddler area was filled with bigger kids..m like guys, you have the entire room to play, why are you in the small kids area...

Kids were sick, like coughing and runny rose and all... I've been to places where they wouldn't allow them in.

The place was disgustingly dirty... chips all over the floor, toddler area or not... There was a crushed plastic cup and paper in the baby area... the paid electric "rides"(the one we see in malls were sooooo dusty) Fence for the toddler area was broken, re glued poorly...

A parent was using many of the "gym cushion" to prop his back... so he can sit on the floor... kids (in the toddler area, pushed off my daughter to climb on the structure to slide. While the parents didn't do anything.. i wanted to give the kids a speech, but who am i to discipline others kids... (That talks about the clientele)

To be fair, when I called, i find the staff that answered, super polite and joyful. I liked their concept of bracelet with our family name, to make sure that no one leaves with anyone else's kid.

I would have appreciated if the guy actually questioned our fast visit... but anyways... here's my 2 cents on this place.

Update...my daughter now has hands foot mouth, i don't have any proof that she got it from there, but she's the 1st case at her daycare... and that's the only new place...

This is an enjoyable indoor playground. We took our almost 3-year old, and 2.5 hours was enough for him, although they would have let us stay longer. The structure is all padded, making it very safe. My son keeps asking to go back so clearly he enjoyed.

The hard plastic red and yellow slides are not as safe in my opinion (up and down makes the kid at risk of falling). Would have liked having a ball pit somewhere.

The part that was a bit disappointing was the food. They were really not accommodating when we asked if we can let our son eat the food we brought from home because he is very particular about his juice and halal chicken. Despite buying lattes and a whole pizza, and their juice, they would still not allow us to feed him things we brought. The pizza was clearly frozen based and was all burnt from below so was a huge waste of money.

I would say the music is a bit too loud, took away from the experience.

Also, I found the ambiance a bit dark and the decor not very attractive compared to other indoor playgrounds in Montreal.

Price for kids is reasonable but I don't think they should charge as much as they do for adults. To be competitive, other more appealing cafe with indoor playgrounds charge...

We took our 16-month-old here, and he seemed to really enjoy it, so much so that he took his first steps! Sentiment aside, the reason for 3 stars is the place seemed a bit dated and dreary, on the smaller side, and the toddler area felt like an afterthought. We were the only ones there at opening, but the toddler area looked like someone was there all night playing, and the play kitchen looked like it was picked up off the side of the road that morning as it was dirty and missing key elements like the faucet. Adding a few toys in the toddler area to go along with a new play kitchen would be a nice touch. The play structures for the bigger kids seemed fun, but I can see how it would get chaotic quickly once the place gets busy. The coffee we ordered was not bad, and they sold organic food pouches, which was nice. We were able to enjoy almost two hours there, but we wouldn’t rush back to visit here again.

Place was ok. A little small by comparison to other playgrounds we have been to . It is located inside an old mall in Montréal. Small structure and a couple of slides , there is tiny section for little Childrens under3 years . There is a lot of parking . I am from the west of canada where they do not charge parents when they bring their kids to the playground. I think it is an ok playground but they should revisit their PRCING.
