Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Montreal

Never fails to disappoint me! I ordered an online order and came after 10 mins to make sure it’s done because every single time they keep me waiting, the lady at the counter said they had a super busy rush and they don’t have any puffs, I should wait until they make a new batch. Like really??? Btw, the order was made before the scheduled pickup time by 30 mins. They should have at least planned ahead, or made the puffs in the 10 minute-leeway I gave them before I arrived. And if all this didn’t happen, they could have called me to give me heads up, or the lady could at least speak with me in an understanding manner, she just said if you don’t like waiting you can cancel the order!!!! Will never come back to this branch, it’s always a mess!

This place has hands down the best Greek loukoumades. They used to have only a few flavours but now they have so many different toppings to anyone's liking. They have cold and hot coffees, tea ice cream and milkshakes aswell. My favorites to get here is the mont-olympe, it comes with soft serve and a few loukoumades of your choice.

They also have ice cream, different types of coffee and recently they added sweet tea drinks.

Most of these stores have a nice staff but they do hire alot of teenagers, and sometimes when you go they are there talking to each other not doing anything.(hence the reason why I don't go to the Laval location anymore)

Awesome place with delicious sweets and really awesome coffee. Staff is helpful and very nice to the customers as well as myself everytime I went. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick snack or a delicious drink. Parking is always available at any time of the day since its located in a shopping area. Opening and closing times are very convenient as well so no need to rush if you are planning to go. Been there several times with the family and my kid as well, and we enjoyed it every single time.
