Very poor tour arrangement. I had several email conversations with this supplier inquiring about the Ft Lauderdale to Key West tour. I then booked the tour and several hours later I find a refund. With an explanation of, the tour is no longer available. Come to find out, the tour is still available, however the price is different and the tour company did not want to honor what they are selling online.
