Super nice swimming pool in the iconic Jean Drapeau park!

This aquatic complex is located on Ile Ste-Helene, now Jean Drapeau park, next to the iconic Biosphere. It offers 3 pools: the main pool is divided into lane swim and leisure pool, there is deep diving pool with what I think the Olympic sized diving platform, and another pool that looks like a training pool with a few lanes. On the day we went only the main pool was open to the public.

This public pool is offering a family day pass of only $17 (2 adults and 2 children), taxes included! Single adult day pass is only $4.25. The facility offers shower and locker with digital lock, all free of charge, better than so many public pools that we’ve been to. The main pool is heated to 27 degrees Celsius, so very comfortable even for small children. The water was super clean, you can find many floating toys around the main pool, also free of charge.

We spent 2 hours in this pool on Labor Day weekend, and it wasn’t busy at all, many chairs were empty, there were some adults sun tanning on the pool deck.

Parking was a little bit of hassle, P9 was full but luckily we found one last spot in P10, $7 for one hour for a maximum of $20 per...

Extremely underwhelming considering the distance we travelled and the amount we paid when there are better pools around the city that are free to access with more swimming space.

First of all, the website makes it look like the public have access to all three pools when in fact, only 0.5 of them is open to the public that’s not reserved for lane swimming.

Secondly, half of the spray park facilities were not working. When my partner went to complain, instead of de-escalating the situation, the employees decided to escalate the get the police involved to remove him from the property. This seems a very exaggerated response and a complete waste of police time and public resources.

A message to management, remember who is paying your salaries at the end of the day. If you are not able to step up on your service skills, try working in the private industry where none you will last a single day.

Overall I highly discourage others to pay the costs of visiting this pool and stick to the free neighbourhood pools that often have better facilities, spray parks, and better service (no grumpy...

Aquatique Parc is a fantastic destination for families, especially for those with young children. My kids absolutely love spending their weekends there, enjoying the wide range of fun activities and water attractions. The park offers something for everyone, ensuring a day filled with excitement and joy.

However, one downside is the occasional traffic congestion when trying to reach the ticketing area. To avoid this hassle, I highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance. This not only saves time but also allows for a smoother entry into the park.

Overall, Aquatique Parc is a wonderful place for family outings, providing endless entertainment and memorable experiences for kids and...

First time we bought tickets and got the receipt in email but never received the e-tickets...customer service email is invalid. Impossible to reach. The second time, we went there on a gloomy Monday to avoid the crowds but turned out only one pool open, with 4 lanes out of 8 closed. Only 1 slow, 1 medium and 2 fast lanes. So it was still crowded :( Congratulations the changing rooms with lockers and showers are closed too! We swam in the slow lane and someone said F word to us because we were slower than him?!!(but it’s the slow lane?!!) Water is a bit dirty but understandable. Overall disappointed :( Same price for very little facilities available on weekdays.
