Nice historic rebuilt bridge in a logging town. Walk around and can see another covered bridge and a lighthouse turned into a visitor center. Up the road see an art instillation of an outhouse. The friendly senior town resident of 50+ years (Louise?) came out of her house to say hello and told us how she made it years ago along with a decorating a Christmas tree nearby with beer and. She just got out of the hospital. We love meeting people from the area! She made our day and wish her well.

A nice spot to stop and rest after a long drive. Upon getting out of our vehicle a wonderful smell came to us which turned out to be homemade waffle cones at the ice cream shop. They were indeed delicious and the ladies were very welcoming. A very generous one scoop also . There is a few gift shops to explore & the lighthouse is an information center with washrooms. You can also climb the stairs to see the view from the top of lighthouse.

Little adventure to St. Martins last week. The new bridge doesn't make me sad. It's beautiful! Job well done, I say! And she still smells super fresh. Love that wood smell! 😍 It was a beautiful day! Whenever you get a chance, go to St. Martins! I've been going since a child. I'm 32. One of my favorites!

I live in St. Martins and its the best place to live. Small village with a wonderful sense of community. It's a great place for families, a small rural school which has a sense of a private school. Seasonal opportunities for various ages and on top of that the most beautiful scenery for one to see. I'm personally inviting you to visit our treasure that has been kept very quietly. "Come by the...
